Quick Ship form will create two pages
that contain (1.) A shipping label. (2.) A packing slip. (3.) Recipt
information.

Instructions:

| (1.) Click on "continue to quick ship form". |
| (2.) Boxes will pop up for you to fill in with your information. |
| (3.) Complete all neccesary fields. |
| (4.) When the last box is completed a printable proof page will appear. Print this by clicking "file", "print". Or through your browsers print button feature. These two printed pages will contain all neccesary information to quickly ship your camera out. |
